Find the source of recurring flies
Flies around windows, bins or food areas can have different causes. Tell us where they gather, when activity started and whether the problem is seasonal or continuing throughout the year. Identification and an inspection help determine whether breeding material, waste, drainage, entry routes or overwintering insects need attention.
Fly control for restaurants, cafés and businesses
Food preparation areas, stores, delivery entrances and bin storage deserve particular attention. We discuss a site-specific response that can combine suitable treatment with waste management, cleaning and exclusion recommendations. Tell us your opening hours and access restrictions so the visit can be planned around the premises.
Fly-killer units and ongoing servicing
For suitable commercial sites, ask about fly-control units and ongoing servicing. We discuss siting, access and the service requirements before quoting. Confirm whether equipment supply, installation, consumables and maintenance visits are included or priced separately. A unit should support source control and practical prevention rather than replace them.
Cluster flies and seasonal activity
Large numbers of flies around lofts or upper windows may warrant identification before treatment is recommended. Tell us when the insects appear, which areas are affected and whether there is safe loft access. We discuss the findings and any practical limits on treatment or prevention.
Request a fly-control assessment
Send your postcode, photographs of the insects where safe, the rooms or work areas affected and any existing unit details. For businesses, tell us whether you need a one-off response or a planned service. Call 0131 440 3263 to discuss the next step.
Common questions
Will a fly-killer unit solve the problem on its own?
Not necessarily. Breeding sources, waste routines and entry points may also need attention. We assess the activity before recommending equipment or treatment.
Can I include fly control in a commercial contract?
Ask us to specify the fly-control work, equipment, consumables and servicing covered by your proposal. These should not be assumed to be included in a general rodent-control contract.
